Ballard FC is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for our 2023 USL2 season internship program. We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience for our fans, both in-person and online.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about soccer and eager to learn more about the industry. Our internships provide an excellent opportunity to gain valuable, hands on experience in various aspects of a professional soccer organization, from digital content creation to game day operations and retail management.
The three open internship positions available for the 2023 season are:
- Digital Content Intern: The Digital Content Intern will work closely with our social media and marketing teams to create engaging content for our website and social media channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in photography, videography, and graphic design, as well as a strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Retail and Product Solutions Intern: The Retail and Product Solutions Intern will work with our merchandise team to help manage our physical retail sales at all Ballard FC home games and pop up events, as well as coordinate concessions sales on game days. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and experience in customer service and sales.
- Game Day Operations Lead Intern: The Game Day Operations Intern will assist with all aspects of game day operations, including setting up the stadium, coordinating with vendors and partners, and managing fan experiences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and be a natural problem solver.
All internships are paid and each position has the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the professional soccer industry. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with our staff and players, as well as network with other professionals in the industry.
