Arjun Venkat is a second year player for Ballard FC. Before college, Venkat played for Liberty High School where he received First Team All-County and First Team All-Conference honors in his senior season. He started his collegiate career with Western Oregon University where he played in seven matches as a freshman. Then, Venkat transferred to Oxnard College and played one season of Junior College (Juco). He played in 18 matches and started eight of them for Oxnard while contributing one goal and one assist. Then after a summer of training with Ballard FC, Venkat transferred to Regis University this past fall. He played over 1,300 minutes for the Rangers, playing in 17 matches and making 15 starts while dishing out one assist. Venkat still has two years of collegiate eligibility remaining.
