After a year at Historic Memorial Stadium, Ballard FC and the new USL W League team will play their home matches at Interbay Stadium in 2025.
Where Ballard, Magnolia, and Queen Anne meet, nestled in between the Ballard and Dravus Street bridges, below the high-rise apartments, and next to the railroad tracks, sits Interbay Stadium. Home to the Seattle Pacific University Falcons and the 2023 Ballard FC National Championship team, it will once again be home for the Ballard faithful.
There will be nearly twice as many USL matches at Interbay this summer than in years past with the women’s team inaugural season coming in the spring. Currently, there are eight teams in the USL 2 Northwest Division. Ballard FC will likely have a total of 14 regular season matches, playing the other seven teams twice. The USL W Northwest Division has six teams at the moment, meaning the Women’s Team would likely have 10 or 12 regular season matches. Full schedules will be announced in February. In all competitions, Ballard FC are 18-3-0 (W-L-T) with 74 goals scored and 19 goal conceded at Interbay Stadium. Both teams will look to continue that success and make Interbay a fortress.
Now that the club is back at Interbay, fans will welcome the return of a Beer Garden with a view of the field, so that they can enjoy goals and brews at the same time.
The hyper-local club is returning to it’s hyper-local stadium as the men’s team looks to win a third straight division title and the Women’s Team aims for instant success.
Season tickets for both Ballard FC and the Women’s Team will be available to the general public on October 25th and redemption for 2024 season ticket holders will be starting soon! Single match tickets will be available when the schedule is released in February.
