After a big 3-1 win at home over the previously undefeated Portland Bangers, Ballard FC is now on the road again with two away trips this week. The first of which is a trip north to Snohomish to take on Snohomish United.

This Wednesday, Ballard FC will take on fellow 2025 playoff team, Snohomish United, at 7:30pm at Snohomish High School (NOTE: This match was previously scheduled for 6pm at Stocker Fields but has been pushed back and moved due to field conditions). For fans looking to make the trip up north, tickets can be purchased here. For those who can’t make the match, fans can watch the match live from Stoup Brewing, or stream live on SportsEngine Play.
Last time Ballard FC played at Snohomish, the two teams played to a tense 1-1 draw in which there was a combined 13 yellow cards. Now, let’s preview this year’s match.
Snohomish United

Snohomish United entered USL League Two in 2025 at the same time as the Portland Bangers. Snohomish United is affiliated with the Crossfire (XF) Premier, one of the best youth clubs in Washington and the majority of their USL 2 roster is made up of XF alums.
Snohomish United have had a great start to life in USL 2 so far, joining Ballard FC to represent the NW Division in national playoffs last summer. Despite losing to Ballard FC in the Western Conference Semifinal, Snohomish United are undefeated in the regular season against Ballard FC, drawing at Stocker Fields and then winning at Interbay stadium in the season finale to clinch a playoff spot. With the 1-1-1 overall record between the two clubs, expect Wednesday’s match to be a very tight contest.
So far in 2026, Snohomish United sit in third place in the NW Division with 12 points after five matches. Wednesday’s hosts are 4-1 with their lone loss coming on the road to the Portland Bangers. Right now there are three strong favorites (Ballard FC, Snohomish United, and the Portland Bangers) competing for just two playoff spots, and the matches between any two of these three sides will continue to have massive repercussions on the division as a whole.
Following this match, Ballard FC will play the Bangers again, expect this time on the road in Portland. Then, the division leaders will finally return home on Thursday, June 18th to host Bigfoot FC for “USA v. Australia Night.” Get tickets today!
