For the third time this season, the top two teams in the Northwest Division are going head to head. This time, it’s for a spot in the Western Conference Final.

After defeating the Colorado Storm 6-0 with five second half goals, Ballard FC will need to get a win against a divisional foe they have yet to beat to keep advancing in the USL League Two Playoffs! However after scoring six goals on their playoff opener, the home side will be feeling confident they can get the job done.
Sunday’s match at Interbay Stadium will be an afternoon kickoff at 2pm. Tickets are still available, and fans can purchase single-match tickets now. The match is expected to sell out before kickoff, so get your tickets today!

Above is a look at the updated playoff bracket for the remaining playoff match at Interbay Stadium this weekend. Now let’s meet the opponents.
Snohomish United
Although Friday afternoon was Snohomish’s first playoff win in club history, they have been playing must-win soccer for a few matches now. The visitors had to win their final two regular season matches, against the Tacoma Stars and Ballard FC, just to make the playoffs. Snohomish kept the momentum going into the actual postseason, defeating Utah United 2-0 with two second half goals.
The first half was pretty cagey with both teams taking their time to settle into the match, but Snohomish would break the deadlock minutes into the second half. Former Ballard FC midfielder, Declan McGlynn, sent in an inch-perfect corner kick which was headed into the back of the net by Carter Gay. As Utah United stretched, trying to get back into the match, Snohomish found their second as Christian Soto chipped a through ball to Eric Lagos who dribble past the keeper and passed the ball into the back of the net.
Now Snohomish will be looking for their third straight victory at Interbay Stadium, and second against Ballard, to make it to the conference final.
Sunday is sure to be another classic at Pagliacci Pitch. Get your tickets now before they are gone.
