Newcomers Bigfoot FC are coming to Seattle this Friday, May 23rd at 7pm for Ballard FC’s Home Opener. For the first time since 2023, a USL League Two (USL 2) regular season match will be played at Interbay Stadium.

Ballard FC will look to win their second straight match after defeating FC Olympia 3-0 in their season opener. In a dominant performance, captain Christian Engmann headed home Austin Brummett’s cross to open the scoring in just seven minutes. Brummett would go on to score two more goals and claim player of the match honors. Read the full match recap here. Now it’s time to meet the visitors.
Bigfoot FC

Bigfoot FC are newcomers to both USL 2 and USL W this season. The club is based in Maple Valley, Washington and is owned by West Coast Goalkeeping, a popular soccer brand specializing in goalie gloves.
So far the club has a had a great start to life on the men’s side. In their season opener, they beat fellow newcomers, Portland Bangers FC, 3-0 on the road. Then in the club’s home opener, Bigfoot managed to stay undefeated, scoring an equalizer in the dying moments as they drew 2-2 with Lane United. Ben Norris leads all scorers with two goals in two matches. The Orange County SC midfielder will be one to watch for Head coach James Riley and the Ballard defense.

Gates: Gates open at 5:30pm! We also recommend arriving early to enjoy the food and beer offerings, watch the players warm up, beat the hassle of traffic and parking, and to enjoy all of the prematch festivities. Also, the first 150 fans will get the above match poster FREE.
Food Vendors: Beyond the thrilling soccer action, Wednesday’s match will feature an array of food vendors, including T’Juana Tacos, Kottu, Falafel Salam, and Mainstay Provisions. Also, before you head to Pagliacci Pitch, you can take advantage of the Pagliacci Pizza BOGO slice deal on game days. Just show your ticket at any Pagliacci location (except UW) and get two slices for the price of one. Outside food is not allowed in the venue except for Pagliacci Pizza.
Ballard Food Bank: We also encourage fans to support the community by bringing donations of canned meat/fish (tuna, chicken, salmon) for the Ballard food bank.
Beer Garden The Bridges United Foundation Beer Garden is back at Interbay Stadium this season. Unlike at Memorial last season, fans will be able to watch the match from the beer garden. The beer garden proudly serves Reuben’s Brews and this year will feature a second service station and the Orgullo Ajeno Tequila Zone.
Transportation: Parking is extremely limited. We highly recommend alternative forms of transportation, including biking as we will have the Wombi Bike Parking area available at every home match this year. Please also consider riding King County Metro on game day, where youth through age 18 always ride free!
