This Friday night is Ballard FC’s fourth annual Artist night celebration as they host cross-town rivals, West Seattle Junction, for Sarah Robbins Night.

After Salmon Bay FC has their first-ever Artist Night with Wednesday’s match against the West Seattle Rhodies, Ballard FC will follow up with their own Sarah Robbins Night on Friday.
Sarah Robbins is a local illustrator, painter, and designer. You can find her work all around Seattle, including two murals at Ballard Yards on the east and west sides of the building. Read more about the Sarah Robbins Kit here.
On the pitch, the match should be a fierce and competitive battle given the rivalry between the two teams that existed last season. Let’s meet Friday’s visitors.
West Seattle Junction

After finishing midtable in the inaugural 2024 season, the Junction are off to a rough start in 2025 as they sit bottom of the division table with just two points from six matches. Despite that there is reason to believe this West Seattle side is better than their record as they are yet to beaten by more than two goals.
The Junction attack is led by former Ballard FC striker, Alex “El Tigre” Mejia, who leads the team with three goal contributions (two goals and one assist). Mejia is not the only former Ballard player on the side as Cameron Yriondo made his season debut against the Portland Bangers on Saturday.
Not only do the Junction have no wins this season, they also have no wins against Ballard FC as they were beaten and held scoreless in both meetings in 2024. With Friday’s match being the only meeting between the two clubs in 2025, the Junction will be desperate to get their first points and first goal against the the division leaders.

Food Vendors: Beyond the thrilling soccer action, Wednesday’s match will feature an array of food vendors, including Kottu, Falafel Salam, T’Juana Tacos and Mainstay Provisions. Also, before you head to Pagliacci Pitch, you can take advantage of the Pagliacci Pizza BOGO slice deal on game days. Just show your ticket at any Pagliacci location (except UW) and get two slices for the price of one. Outside food is not allowed in the venue except for Pagliacci Pizza.
Ballard Food Bank: We also encourage fans to support the community by bringing donations of canned soup for the Ballard food bank.

Check out transit mode in Google Maps, the TripPlanner.kingcounty.gov website, or an app like OneBusAway.
Live Stream: Can’t make it to the match? All Salmon Bay FC matches will be streamed on SportsEngine Play. The stream for the match this Wednesday can be found HERE.
